is this normal? They have ignored the 30 day request, but we are now over the five year limit of the original parking charge date? Any advice?

I think you'll have to show us the second page of that LBC with the list of cases they are chasing (you can redact PCN numbers and the claim number, if you are saying that they are chasing an old CCJ as well as some unlitigated PCNs?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Both the PCN dates from February 2019 are statute barred. Depending on the actually days of the other two March dates, they too are statute barred or very close to being. Get the 30-day hold letter in to make certain that all PCN dates are beyond the statute limits. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The 30 day hold letter has been sent already, they have ignored the request as they sent the third email following up for payment. Unsure where we go from here?

Hi there
My partner has received a ‘letter before claim’ from Gladstones solicitors. Letter date 11.02.25 detailing five unpaid parking fines from a previous residency.
The parking date fines are from end of Feb 2019, until 12th March 2019. This means it is almost six years since the date of charge.
The 30 day hold letter has been sent already, they have ignored the request as they sent the third email following up for payment.

What is the date of the (black image) email where they are still telling you they "will" sue for £680 "without further notice", despite ALL those PCNs being statute barred, thus litigation is estopped and they're lying?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
