I'd disagree with that Grey_C. Sure the prime purpose of a film or tv show is to be entertaining, but even where the artistic implementation - specifically the writing and acting - is lacking, the technical abilities of the production as a whole can make something worth watching. I'm thinking specifically of excellent camera work, superb picture or sound quality, or even a great idea that's just been poorly executed. There are numerous components that make something a good watch; sound is just one of them.0
