Thanks for feedback
My previous Sony and Pure clock radios were completely silent, and they were less than £20.
In my eyes I feel if the same model makes the buzz when i'm exchanging it tonight then its not fit for purpose based on my previous experience of clock radios.
I won't be happy until I get a completely silent one. :rotfl:0 -
Took the clock radio back and was offered an exchange or different brand/model. There wasn't much choice so got a full refund.
Found a Sony Dream Machine CD player clock radio at Comet, very intuitive, has the dual alarm radio&cd&buzzer wake up and no irratating hum! :beer:0 -
I was thinking about this thread around 4am

I purchased a husband about 11 years ago, no box, no receipt, but he also appears to have become faulty. All he did last night was make a horrible noise. I tried hitting him to no avail.
Do you think his mother would take him back if I can find my credit card statement
