Parking and property isn't worth dealing with directly for appeal or anything. They rejected anything and everything bluntly. They can look at black and white and lie through their teeth that that black and white doesn't exist.

The next stage of appeal at IAS is completely waste of time and the success rate for appealing is close to zero. The case will be passed to BW legal, who will start to send debt collecting letters and ultimately to the small claim court. Parking and property may cancel the tickets only when landowner intervenes.

The ideal situation is Plan A (complain to landowner and landowner request for cancellation). Otherwise, the same process will unfold towards the small claim court, so please waiting for the letter storm to hit you.

What is the relevance of the London Borough of Hounslow signs that you have shown us?

In same property there is parking space conduct by London Borough of Hounslow and private parking company

I couldn’t find the details of the landowners. If I go to a small court, will it affect my credit rating?

Only if you lose and fail to pay what the court orders within the timescale allowed.

Would you like me to reach out to the parking company and explain the reason behind the penalty?

But whose space did you park? The council one or the private one?

It looks like you parked in the space 'managed' by the private parking company in the photo you took. It looks like a residential block that Parking and Property typically manages.

Please let me know further action
The advice hasn't changed but I did ask for photos of the signs, when you can.

Do nothing.  There is no appeal with an IPC firm. And nobody cares about the £160 or £170 threatograms that come next.  PLEASE DO NOT SHOW THEM TO US!  See the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

Sit tight. Do nothing except the below:

By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take are:

    - Tell them if you move house within 6 years.

    - Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the NEWBIES thread.

    - Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC or a Claim Form, as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
I already told you what to do, above...

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
