1st: The keeper's real name is visible still in the letter - you'll need to post a redacted version when the forum team removes that image.

2nd: Can you tell us more about the car park itself?

I parked my car on private property, including Osterlay sports & Atheletics centre, when I returned to my car after dropping my son of the centre. Some people told me that a random person guy had apparently taken photos my car. After one week I received this letter

Did you return to same car park to pick your son up when his badminton finished?

Post the letter again but you must cover over all personal details your name address car reg no and reference or claim numbers. See yellow IMPORTANT notice at top of this page.

And please show us pics of the signs (without parking there and getting another PCN).

The advice hasn't changed but I did ask for photos of the signs, when you can.

Do nothing.  There is no appeal with an IPC firm. And nobody cares about the £160 or £170 threatograms that come next.  PLEASE DO NOT SHOW THEM TO US!  See the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.

Sit tight. Do nothing except the below:

By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take are:

    - Tell them if you move house within 6 years.

    - Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the NEWBIES thread.

    - Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC or a Claim Form, as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
