Yes, this too. I looked up the website they tried to link me to and it charges £24 for a check that Autotrader charges less than £5 for. I assume they refer back to the Autotrader one, send you the report and pocket £19

Can you tell me how to do a scan on my I Phone ,something i never thought about ,always just thought it was computers that had to be scanned.

There is no point for seller doing one, you could send them a fake PDF, or an old one - just before the crash.. if buyer wants to be sure they need to do it themselves.
