  • Hi Slinky, I have done that, tks.  Does that mean that there are now two threads (Tracker and re-billing) or, what I rather doubt, that this thread has been renamed re-billing?  I kinda doubt that billing matters will be everyone's favourite topic.

  • I believe that I have managed with some difficulty to take this topic up with Octopus (in the light of an email news blackout) via Twitter. I am not familiar with Twitter / X. Could someone with this expertise kindly give me an idiots' step by step guide to navigating through the  options direct to my part of the relevant conversation thread. Tks
