Probably too late to be of use to you but on the 18th March Talk Home Mobile enabled both Wi-Fi & 4G calling on my phone. A couple of days later I got the email saying this was for all customers.
No change in my subscription of £2.89 for 3GB (MSE Special).
MSE doesn't yet show this on their SIM-only comparison page (even after I emailed them about it).

Thanks - yes we got that notification recently too after I moved my mother to Talk Home in February 2025 at no change to the £2.74 we're paying for her 2 GB
