Yep the same, they were repaid in full ages ago and acknowledged the same.

When you got over this issue with your refund/‘free ticket’/repayment matter, did they send you a new confirmation of the flights, perhaps with a different booking reference? Might be worth checking over the paperwork. Often if a reservation is not ‘ticketed’ within a 24hr period post booking (which may occur if not payment funds attached), then the system automatically cancels the reservation. Once you sorted out the repayment of monies I wonder if a new reservation PNR was created.
