Octopus app not showing live electricity usage

Just had a smart meter installed, for electricity, and downloaded the Octopus app. Noticed today that the smart meter has now connected and I can see previous days usage in the app but I can’t see the live usage for today. Having looked online, I should see an option in the app for live usage after I select the Usage…
