ISA Interest

This may of been asked before but I'm curious. I transferred £60,000 in to a new fixed rate ISA in March 2024 I then added my annual allowance of £20,000 on 10th April, This ISA will mature on 19th March, does the interest count towards my annual allowance as this will take me over the £20,000 limit or can I just leave it there and if required can I then add £20,000 in April 2025
