Nope. Send any appeal as hirer that doesn't suggest who was driving.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
Please see below my appeal that I hope to send tomorrow - does this look OK?
Do I need to make any reference to the vague/generic/incomplete location address given for the alleged offence or leave that for now? Also any need at this stage to make reference to the images that only show the vehicle entering and leaving the area, not actually parked?
Thanks
(parking notice and reg number to be added before sending)Dear Sir/Madam
Postal Parking Charge Notice xxxxxx Vehicle Registration xxxxxx
I refer to the above-detailed Postal Parking Charge issued to me by NSGL Parking, as a Notice to Hirer. I confirm that as the hirer of this vehicle, I am its keeper for the purpose of the corresponding definition under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (“POFA”) and I write to formally challenge the validity of this PCN.
You will no doubt be familiar with the strict requirements of Schedule 4 of POFA to be followed in order for a parking operator to be able to invoke keeper liability for a Parking Charge. There are a number of reasons why NSGL Parking’s Notice to Hirer did not comply with POFA; in order that you may understand why, I suggest that you carefully study the details of Paragraphs 13 and 14 of Schedule 4 in particular.
Given that NSGL Parking has forfeited its right to keeper liability, please confirm that you shall now cancel this charge. Alternatively, should you choose to reject my challenge, please provide me with details of the Independent Appeals Service (POPLA), their contact details and a unique POPLA appeal reference so that I may escalate the matter to POPLA.
Thank you for your cooperation and I look forward to receiving your response within the relevant timescales specified under the British Parking Association Ltd Code of Practice.
Yours faithfully

Show us your draft appeal before you submit it.
My draft appeal is the post above, does this seem ok please?Thanks0 -
If somebody has a chance to have a quick look at my draft before I send it, I would be extremely grateful 🙏0

Why are you asking us to check that?
Have you changed anything in the template apart from the parking company's name?2 -

Have you changed anything in the template apart from the parking company's name?I didn’t know whether to add in about the incomplete location on the notice, or just leave it for now? They originally said ‘market place 1’ as the location. And a couple of people had said to post up the draft prior to sending, but I think it will be ok. Thanks0 -
Hi,
NSGL have rejected my appeal, is there a template for popla or is that process straightforward?Thanks1 -
