Assumptions cloud the issue,  stating the reason on the pcn should have been in the opening post,  then your presumptions or assumptions   ( even if you are correct   )

Yes post a picture of the back ( and signage too if at all possible   )  I was very clear about those 2 points

Any complaints should centre on being a valid customer of the business,  to the business and also to the landowner as well, with proof if possible,  known here as plan A

Clearly the allegation is not clear,  because its not explicit,  doesn't explain what if any rule was broken

I only uploaded the front as I didn’t think I needed to upload the back?

Please can you show the back?

No need for links. Just a photo like the above.

Part of the APCOA Gemini amalgam. The Pay PO Box is that of APCOA. I'd ignore it, but come back on this thread should you receive a Letter of Claim, or a County Court claim form, in the next 6 years. Should you change your address in the next 6 years, inform Park & Control of your new address.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Apologies, I wasn’t clear as I thought the reasoning was going over the 90 mins.

As you’ve said, unauthorised parking is what it says on the PCN and not going over the limit. My 2 friends also parked in the same car park and received nothing so it’s a confusing one.

However, I have managed to get screenshots from one friends internet banking for transactions made for food which I can include when I complain to landowner, so I will go ahead and email them directly and see what they say.

I have also attached a picture of the back, please see my response to coupon mad.

Great success. Appealed with the template in the stickies thread, attached screenshots of online banking to prove I was a customer and they wrote back today to say no further action required and they are cancelling it. Thanks for the help!
    Very good news!
