    Hi thanks for your response which is helpful😀. I understand that I have to speak to Thames water first. Re the billing, my underpayment re last year is only £46. My usage in previous periods has not been dramatically higher. They have ramped up the dd above and beyond any price or volume changes which will be the basis of my appeal to them. As far as I am aware, they simply can’t increase the dd way beyond my actual likely future charges!
    Anyway, thanks again, you’ve helped me get my arguments sorted out.
