Broadband Genie Reward Query
broadbandquestion
Posts: 2 Newbie
Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone had any information about how to claim the reward mentioned in this broadband deal?
I found the deal on the MSE website and the link took me to broadband genie where I signed up for the service with Community Fibre. After selecting an installation date and passing over card details I got a confirmation from Community Fibre but am yet to hear from Broadband Genie about the reward.
I've reached out to them and provided my order confirmation details but not heard back despite chasing.
Are they a trustworthy company and does anyone know what the process is to claim the cashback reward?
Thanks in advanced

I don't know if you realised, but these rewards very commonly aren't issued until a long time after you sign up - think 3-6 months (but I'd encourage you to check). It would have said this in the T&C's of the promo.
You should only contact broadband genie if you don't automatically receive your giftcard after the wait period.
As for me, I've always received the giftcards automatically be email without needing to chase after the wait period.
It sounds like you've only just signed up.
Appreciate they could send a courtesy email to those that don't read the T&C's, but I think you should take it easy on contacting them so many times.Know what you don't0 -
Hi @broadbandquestion - if the advertised time period for the voucher has passed, please take a look at this page for further steps;

The OP is pretty clear they've only just selected an installation date, it's likely the service isn't even active yet. They certainly haven't waited the prescribed period (which in my experience can be 3-6 months from installation).MSE_James said:Hi @broadbandquestion - if the advertised time period for the voucher has passed, please take a look at this page for further steps;

They've then been asking broadband genie on details of how to claim the reward (as opposed to just seeking validation the order has tracked).Know what you don't0 -
The screencap in the opening post says "4 months" so I would imagine that the OP will receive an email in early June with details of how to claim.Exodi said:
