After an 8 month struggle to get some lease issues sorted with the land registry, we were due to exchange Friday, until 1130am when my buyers solicitors sent an email saying "my client has now read the lease and has seen that it says no cats in the apartment block, this is fundamental to my clients happiness that she has her cat and will be pulling out on Monday if the request to the lease holder is not accepted"
8 months work, the place i'm buying has already said if we didn't complete by the end of FEB they would re-list.
