Yes - I am officially the registered keeper and driver so No1.

In regards to rest of defence is there anything else you suggest?

Seems to be pretty much like the standard template, just make sure you add the rest of the template when sending to CNBC but there is no need to show us on here.

No evidence goes with a defence, save it for witness statement.

And add in the point about this being the wrong Claimant; the supposed contract in hidden/inadequate signs wasn't offered by the named Claimant company.

Don't use the weak word 'discrepancy'. Wrong Claimant! Kills the claim at a hearing, if it even gets that far.
