Llangrannog victim - OPS / Moorside Legal

I'm just circling back to say that (so far) nothing came of this. I was expecting to receive a claim through the post but it's been over ten months now and nothing arrived. Where do I stand with respect to these firms holding on to my data?
The original plan was to beat them in court and then insist OPS and Moorside legal destroy all data they hold on me. I'm really not happy about these scumbag firms having my data, so is there anything I can do about it?

The claimant has 6 years to sue you in England and Wales, under the Limitations Act 1980 , via MCOL
So they and their contractors can hold on to said data, so probably the 7 year rule for data retention

So that means it will be July 2030 before I can consider this matter resolved. It seems to me that all the rules are in favour of the extortioners. Once they've started the process there should be a much shorter time limit for these idiots to either claim or lose the right to.

Which we have fought for over a decade and you should be complaining about to your local MP too

This is something to ask your MP to raise with the MHCLG.
