S25 ultra pre-order cancelled anyone else
Just wondering if anyone else has this issue.
I bought s25 ultra on three contract with Samsung shop. I traded in my phone and used pa2 code I was given for registering for live event.
I was to trade my s23 ultra for 414 quid and in all to switch I was to be 104.40 with free bud3.
I had delivery confirmation and could see it in my local delivery warehouse and then 12 hour later recalled to samsung.
I then got confirmation of delivery and a vat receipt from Samsung hoping I enjoy my new phone.
This is 12 days on since I ordered and now it cancelled siting many different reasons but last is pricing error.
I have proven price is still exact same as when I ordered bar I can't re-add my pa2 voucher to knock £100 off. The voucher was issued for the exact intent as I used it.
Per t&c i am pretty sure they are in breach of their contract but their chat and phone support are toxic and pretty useless.
Their community forum rep is helpful but she is obviously limited in what she could do.
I happily reorder for go the buds but I don't see why I should be penalised for £100 voucher that I used and was issued for exact reason me and many others used it for.

You might have compromised all the various early-doors codes and app-only discounts by opting to receive this phone via a Three/Vodaphone PAYM contract.
Although managing to get the cost of a phone that is retailing at £1250 - £1550 down to a hundred quid is very impressive Money Saving (although it's still to be paid for monthly - how much does it really cost?)0 -
Overall cost to me was 540 quid and my phone was 413 quid.
The codes were valid and allowed on the product they still allow new s25 code for 5% off. I can get the phone for 216 now.
The live event code had no restrictions it was 100 off the s25 range and I had nothing else in my basket.
They had days to cancel it as I had go through a credit check they had 3 days to cancel it before shipping and could of cancelled it or told me and I could bought it again with a code. They never said code was issue heck it then that sent me email to get the discount lol
