Needing help finding a new classic PAYG SIM network

Does anyone know a PAYG SIM network that can meet these requirements:

- Minimum top-up £5
- At least 5 months inactivity allowed before hibernation/disconnection
- Ability to buy data add-ons (ideally 1GB+ for £5 or less)
- Ability to use data like a classic PAYG from credit without requiring a data pack/add-on

I'm on EE at the moment and it's awful for me. Can't use data from credit, wants me to pay extra for an add-on to use it & add-ons are overpriced for the amount. I just want something like Orange used to be

Really struggling with finding anything meeting these and don't know how to look efficiently when there's so many networks. Need someone knowledgeable about these things.

An O2 Classic PAYG SIM, officially discontinued but many listed on eBay and Classic currently still works. I think any SIM will need a chargeable call every 90 days or less. Check the T&Cs.

Min top-up on the O2 Classic is £10.

Might look at Asda Mobile, £5 min top-up, 3GB data for £5, PAYG rates 15p/min, 10p per text/MB.
