Almost a success!

Good morning everyone.

My flight was delayed by more than 3 hours last weekend.

I filled in the excellent claim provided by this form and sent it off to Wizz air on Sunday.

Today (2 days later) they replied offering me €400…. Happy days!

But here’s the thing, they are asking for “Written” confirmation that I accept their offer and of course they want IBAN and Swift numbers.

They also want a signature from me.

But it appears they won’t accept this via email and appear to be asking for a hand written letter??

Anyone got advice on this? Is this the norm?

An email is written and typing your name would be seen as your signature by many. Or do they specifically say by handwritten letter?
