Help to buy ISA

My daughter has a help to buy isa paying 3% interest. She has already bought a house a few years ago so won’t use this for a house purchase. She has over £10,000 saved. Should she/can she, move it to a higher interest savings account or even a cash isa?

If she already has a residential property she is no longer eligible to hold a HTB ISA not that anyone seems to try and police this as she would be better moving the ISA elsewhere anyway where she could earn around 5%.

Yes, there's no advantage to holding a H2B ISA if she will be unable to use it. H2B ISAs are treated as cash ISAs so it is very straightforward to transfer it to another ISA provider if she wishes to retain the money in an ISA wrapper.
