Ignore dcbl , powerless debt collectors

Chances are that back in 2019 Parking Eye sent an NTK PCN letter to you at a previous address registered on the dvla database,  plus reminders,  which is why you are only just hearing about it,  they probably traced your current address first,  then sent this new letter

    Ignore dcbl

The above is a typical and very common scenario
  • My address hasn't  changed lived at the same address for over 10 years and didn't receive a parking this was the first time I have heard of this

Complain about it to Morrissons,  see if they will cancel it,  assuming that the VRM details are correct and if you are or were a regular customer at Morrissons Selby,  especially if you have a More card   !  Known as plan A

You have shown the world your full name, your vehicle's full registration mark and the full PCN number.

As others have said, nothing but a debt collector's letter. The clue is '14 days'.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.

When you disposed of the car, did you inform the DVLA of the new keeper's name and address?
  • Yes I had that car at the time anyway but never received a fine after I haven't moved address either

What was the date of the parking event and was it before or after you disposed of the vehicle. When you notified DVLA of the transfer to new keeper did you receive an acknowledgement? What date does the DVLA show on that acknowledgement?

Exact date of event? We need to help you get this past the magic 6 year limitation on claims.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
