Its becoming quite normal for organisations to direct login traffic to a provider of a secure identity provider rather than doing it themselves, which is usually less secure.Qyburn said:

            What most concerned me is that when I first signed in with the new system it then redirected me to the b2login one with a URL that included my password as a plain text parameter! Hard to think of a more egregious security breach enforced by a company. I would strongly urge every user to reset their password after first signing on to the new system.FWIW, although I'm keeping a relatively small amount of money with them for now, I have greatly reduced my balance. Following their latest announced reduction in rates I will probably remove the remainder. If you particularly want to keep your cash with Shawbrook then they currently offer much better rates via the Hargreaves Lansdown Active Savings hub.0
