Has anyone else noticed that when you login to Shawbrook bank you get transferred to the domain b2clogin.com? I haven't been able to find out much about this company but seems very bad practice to route traffic through a different domain. If you saw this on your phone you'd just label it as a phishing scam and ignore.

You're right to be wary.Generally speaking, "B2C" means "Business to Consumer" - as opposed to B2B meaning "Business to Business". I'd not heard of Shawbrook, but if I Google them and go to the login page the address is "https://www.shawbrook.co.uk/log-in/"I'd be very wary of entering any sensitive information on the site you mention until you've done a bit of background checking. It also wouldn't be a bad idea to run a quick virus/malware scan on your PC (assuming that's what you used to access the site), just in case.Usually, for any genuine company, you'd expect the website address to at least reference the company name (though of course, that in itself is no guarantee).

b2clogin.com
Type the above into the website checkers below & see what they think:

I would suggest to phone Shawbrook directly or some other secure channel and get them to confirm this is what they are now doing.0 -
It's a Microsoft system used by lots of organisations, including several I'm involved with.

Put the login in, it then brings up that b2clogin.com address, and then you put the details in again and when in the savings it's savings.shawbrook.co.uk/0 -
Had a little more of a tour round the internet and found someone asking Shawbrook directly on twitter about the b2clogin.com on 23rd Jan.
Their adviser confirmed there it's correct.
