I know I keep saying this, but check the meter serial numbers shown on the bills. And look at the actual meter to see its serial number.
I'll bet you'll find the import bill has figures in the thousands with the old serial number, changing to the new serial number when it restarted counting up from zero. Meanwhile the export bill shows the 8000 estimated bill from the old meter, and the 0 reading from the new, but recorded the same serial number for both.0 -
Good result, it’s been resolved and our money is back in account.
