Do you still use Loop? Is it free? I ask because the IOS app store reviews are a bit critical.
I have registered with the Bright app but have to wait for it to be processed. The Fuse app says it's connected to my Smart meter - it has the correct ID - but it isn't showing anything yet which is a bit annoying. Fuse customer service say it can take a few days. Dunno why, it was instant with 🐙. 😏Yes, I have it installed on my phone and I use it when data is not up to date elsewhere. It is free. It seems to be geared around marketing their solar panel installations, but you can ignore those parts and just access the usage data.Your data would have been instant with Octopus because you had a Home Mini, so they were hooked in as if they were an IHD in your home. Whereas Fuse will have to poll data using the mesh network managed by the DCC.

A bit like this one :
If the heat pump has a single mains cable going to it with live, neutral & earth all bundled in the one cable , then a CT clamp won't work. The live cable needs to be seperate for the clamp to work. (As far as I understand it).
Oh the picture is really helpful. Thank you.0 -

I did go to sign up with Loop but they wanted bank details so I didn't bother. Whilst Hugo also asked, you did have the option of using your IHD GUID which is what I used. You can sign up with Bright with the IHD GUID or there are other ways which don't involve bank details if you don't have an IHD. And of course before they made the changes n3rgy only wanted your IHD GUID.
I don't give my bank details to ANYONE unless I'm in the process of buying something, and of course observe normal security precautions.0 -

I signed up here: https://www.loophome.app/signup/ From what I remember there were several options to verify the account, of which Open Banking was just one (and not the preferred one IIRC). I used IHD MAC details to verify my account. There was no free option at Hugo when I tried to sign up, just a 7 day trial (still seems to be the case), and I was not interested in paying. There are reviews in the Google Play store reporting that the Hugo app has dumped people out if they don't have a paid plan. So it will be interesting to see what happens in a week or so. If you just want access to n3rgy, then perhaps it doesn't matter.0 -

Can someone confirm that the Octopus Mini does not work for gas on it's own? I moved electricity and the Mini is stuck on green rather than white. Thanks0
