Quick update 07/04
Received the DQ N180 from the CNBC, Also received a letter from DCB Legal with a copy of the same advising they intend to file a claim.
I have emailed the N180 today and received auto acknowledgement from both CNBC and DCB to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk. and CC Info@DCBlegal.co.uk . I guess we will now wait for the mediation call based on the advise here and the templates.
