Airbnb term changes?

Had an email with following wording changing terms on my AirBnB account :

We are updating our Terms of Service, other terms and policies including those listed below (“Terms”), and our Privacy Policy. These updates will support our evolving business and new features, provide additional clarity regarding how personal information is processed, and address upcoming laws and regulations.

Then it gave loads of links to a lot of changes. I last used my airbnb account about 2 years ago. I never really want to be on a mailing list or anything but over a lot of years, it seems the only way to make payment easy when I do want it.

I am thinking of rejecting such an ambiguous change of terms. But should I? It's the FOMO of an offer if I'm not signed up to them having all my information on their books all the time!

I'm hoping the commercial world will get better by just being able to buy things as I need them, rather than managing users and passwords on every supplier ever bought from or signed up to to get offers.

How is it ambiguous? It tells you there have been changes and links to them all.

If you don't agree, you can't use the site.
They have listed the changes and they are not ambiguous at all. There is nothing in there that is a massive change either.
    Here they are in full.

Companies change their terms all the time.
