Moving a part of H2B Halifax ISA to T212 cash ISA possible?

Did anyone manage to move just a part (let's say half) of their Halifax Help to Buy ISA to Trade 212 Cash ISA? Do I do it through T212 or Halifax? I am scared to press request ISA transfer in case it moves all my money. Can't see an option for partial transfer.

Yes, the Halifax Help to Buy ISA does allow partial transfers out.
You request it from your Trading 212 account.

Yes I've done a partial transfer into Trading 212, no it wasn't from Halifax. The partial transfer option is quite prominent.

H2B ISAs are counted as cash ISAs so can be transferred like any other cash ISA. It'll depend on the exact terms of the product you hold if your provider allows partial transfers out, and the new provider of they allow partial transfers on, but from the post above it does sound like there shouldn't be any issues.
