Hi, Husband here. Just some more info regarding the wheelbarrow. The seller is a business seller on ebay. The seller is UK based. I reported the wheel barrow to the seller as faulty and was advised to return the faulty part. The seller advised their policy not to pay for return postage. I agreed to this, probably not wise but I wanted to to sort it quickly and not create a drama. The seller has advised the item arrived back to them with a missing part. The seller is saying that they won't send a replacement part because I arranged the return postage. Who is correct and where do i go from here?0
