Are there delivery problems right now?

I am overdue a heating oil delivery from Goff by 3 days now, and am getting very concerned I'll run out of fuel. They say there are problems at the depot but can't give me a firm delivery date.
Is this an industry wide issue?

No issues in my locality (Central Scotland).If you get really desperate, most depots will sell you barrels/drums of oil. Obviously you need to drive there and collect them yourself, but it's an option if you do actually run out.0
