    Something of a contradiction, you never took the router out of the box , but on connecting  up on your return from holiday you realised the VM multi room product wasn’t practical, so equipment connected or still in the box ?….I said the cynic may think you were gaming the system, I never made any judgement , if your mistake was an honest one , fair enough, but the fact remains, your VM contract started , and VM are entitled to ‘compensation’ for you not upholding your side of it , it’s obviously an expensive way to find out the cooling off period is as stated in the VM T&C’s and not your assumption that it’s when you connect the equipment, after all what if the equipment were never connected , what then ….I’m constantly amazed how many people think a 14.day cooling off period is ‘try before you buy’ period , it isn’t .
