Neither my Barclays account nor my Chase account recognise the details I put in for my Trading 212 ISA to set up a standing order? Any ideas?

What do you mean it doesn't recognise them? Confirmation of payee?0

Can you do a DD instead?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

It doesn’t recognise the name on the account so when you go to set up the standing order it won’t let me coz it says the details don’t match. I can’t see a way of getting it to set up a direct debit?0

Are you putting your name or Trading 212?0

I would speak to Trading 212 who will confirm the name. I believe the payee is JP Morgan not your name or Trading 212. Or that is what my bank recognises. I was a bit sceptic, so I sent a £1, then withdrew that £1, then placed back in as over precaution.
