Agreed,  slot it into the template defence replacing the paragraphs in there, use all of the template,  add your e signature,  save as a pdf and email it to the claim.responses email address as explained in the 12 steps

Hi, I have now received a 'Notice of Intention to Proceed'. I'm not sure what I need to do now? Am I right in thinking this one can be ignored. It has come after I have done my Defence so is this just a letter telling me it's all going ahead still? It talks about making payment etc.. I really thought they would have stopped by now!

Just keep following the 12-step guide; this is all normal.

Hi, its been a while but I have now received a 'Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing)' letter and a 'Notice of Trial Date'. I have sat on them for over a week and reread them over and over but I'm still not sure what they are asking of me at this point. Please help. I have attached the letter of allocation. What I don't understand is should I be sending something to the court? If so what? My case is that I pulled in to a car park for 7 minutes but there was only a 5 minute grace period.

You have left a claim number showing on the allocation letter and are there more pages.

Read the part of the NEWBIES thread post 2 (about this stage) that nobody seems to bother to read! Show us your draft WS.

The letter quite clearly states you have to send your witness statement and evidence (anything that you are going to rely on at the hearing) by 26th February.

Thank you to all of you for your replies and advice. I struggled to find WS's on here to look at but did find one which I have edited and made my own. Could you please take a look as I feel so out of my depth here with this whole process. I left unaltered from number 18 onwards as I guess this is the same for everyone but please do let me know if not. I don't know if I've said enough or too much. Thank you in advance. There are 3 attachments for each page of WS.

Add to para 5 the fact that you saw no signs because there were no prominent terms or clear signs. The ANPR was high on a pole without a readable GDPR warning, so you were unaware of camera surveillance which is illegal under the DPA principles and the ICO's Code for Surveillance Cameras. As such, you did not enter into any contract.

    Remove 8 and 10.

Remove the first sentence of para 19 that starts 'However' because that sentence is about someone who paid the fee

What exhibits are you attaching? Given I provide a whole long list (a-h) of suggested exhibits in the NEWBIES thread section about WS & evidence, I'd expect to see most of those, not just your phone record.
