Agreed, slot it into the template defence replacing the paragraphs in there, use all of the template, add your e signature, save as a pdf and email it to the claim.responses email address as explained in the 12 steps1

Hi, I have now received a 'Notice of Intention to Proceed'. I'm not sure what I need to do now? Am I right in thinking this one can be ignored. It has come after I have done my Defence so is this just a letter telling me it's all going ahead still? It talks about making payment etc.. I really thought they would have stopped by now!0
