The garage is called Motorhub in Keighley

Looks like solicitors is next step
Unfortunately you’ll join the (long) list of disgruntled customers from there - and I can’t imagine many will have had success.
Wow, I just went to the website, they sell an awful lot of scrap metal.  A 62 plate Insignia with moon miles and a missing grille badge for £1200?

They also have some million pound cars on the lot, drug dealer specials, but you only need to look at the cheapest cars an outfit sells to assess the type of business they're running.
There are all sorts of of allegations about the place - and many posts that ‘disappear’ - but not somewhere to touch with a barge pole
I did see a lot of cars in photos with higher screen prices - 50-100% more than the online price.  I wondered if they were, say, buying cars at £10k and flogging them on at £8k for a quick sale.
Not a good business model but a very efficient way of generating sales receipts (which could or could not be connected to other financial acts)

Interesting that they go buy a name that is not as registered on companies house or the FCA site.

Then again knowing the area. It is no surprise.

Lots of perfectly legitimate businesses have differences between their trading styles and their legally incorporated names.

This forum is a trading style of Mony Group PLC, which was MoneySupermarket.com Group PLC until May 2024.

The site Ts & Cs do not appear to have entirely caught up with that namechange...

Hi I am in process of taking used car back to dealership. It has serious issues with drive shaft. I have had it independently checked by a garage and got details of faults. I have e mailed rejection letter and sent hard copy which has been signed for. I am within my 30 day period to reject my question is if dealer refuses refund ( I paid 13k by bank transfer) how do I go about getting g money back
Did you make any of the payment for the car on credit or credit card?
