I’ve just managed to sit down scarlet I hope you get home and tucked up in your own bed tonight but I hope everything goes well for you today . GERS Igot shingles when I was 40 I have never felt as ill in my life it was horrible I took bad on the Boxing Day and I can say it took me until the may to feel anything near human I was like a rung out rag so when I get offered the jab I  will be definitely getting it. Mehefin I hope Dawns award comes through she definitely deserves it. I hope all the little ones are feeling better and nice to hear Rob isn’t in as much pain. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

@mehefin - Keeping eyes crossed that Dawn's medal still comes through (supposed to be stronger than crossing finders according to my grandmother). I always wanted a dulcimer - would have loved either kind. Think they sound wonderful. I hope it does the job with your friend.
