As it’s March, we were rather hoping for 25 😉

After sending us the contracts, l noticed in the small print that they charge £250 commission per car. This wasn’t mentioned in any email or phone call. They stated they usually mention it on the phone, but it must have slipped their mind. Everything was sorted and we signed the contracts.

I don't understand this bit. You've commented elsewhere that you weren't happy paying commission but you were aware of it prior to signing the contract. Surely the time to query or refuse that would have been before signing? Hope you manage to get it sorted and hopefully even with commission it will be cheaper than another route.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

I don’t know what you’re reading mate, but if you read the posts, you’ll see l said that they didn’t mention anything about paying them commission. We agreed the deals for the two cars and he sent the contracts to sign by email. It was only when l read the small print before signing the contract that I noticed the £250 commission. I emailed him and questioned it. That’s when he told me it must have slipped his mind.
