Only the CNBC in Northampton can issue court claims in England and Wales, so if you are in one of those 2 nations then only they, or the lawyers, or the claimant could tell you, but you don't have a claim reference to quote
You are many steps and months away from an actual court date, if that date did eventually appear, its likely to be later this year or possibly next year2 -

Hi, its been a while (16 months I think) with nothing, I thought it had gone away but today I got a letter from DCBL issuing a notice of debt recovery on behalf of their client, Horizon Parking.
Obviously Gladstones gave up so they passed it onto DCBL.
I see lots of posts pointing people to the newbies thread to get more info but I can't find it, can someone post a link please
