I have already registered my past finance claims and had email response saying they are being looked at and haven’t heard anything else. Is there anything I have to do now or are we just waiting?

Under current situation the 8 weeks for a company to respond to a complaint starts running on the 4th December giving them until near the end of January 2026.
Next update from the FCA is expected in May which may move the date depending on if the Supreme Court has heard the appeal yet, given its judgement or even set a date for the case.1 -
