Trading 212 - Wrong Interest Rate

Hi Everyone,
I am having some trouble and looking for help/guidance.
I was looking to open a cash ISA with Trading 212, I had heard good things and they were offering the best interest rate. So I signed up and went through the checks which took a day.
Then I was logged in and could see the interest rate was not correct (5.15% was what was advertising on MSE and their website for new customers which I am).
So I messaged them to explain this. I did not hear anything so I emailed and they eventually got back to me and said unfortunately 10 days have passed and you will not be eligible for this. I have had multiple forward and backward conversation and the pretty much the same reply every time. I have screenshots and evidence and they still have never explained why the rate was incorrect in the first place (I didn't want to transfer funds without confirming the rate was correct). Anything I can do? The interest rate is still showing as the same. PLEASE HELP.

IIRC you had a 10 day window to deposit some money to get the promo rate. I was an existing customer, so couldn't get the rate. My wife opened an account and deposited a few days later and got the promo rate. It seems you have waited too long to deposit.1
