Hi All,
Have been with Lebara for a while now and noticed that there is a better "MSE blagged" offer.
It says it is for new customers only. Just wondering if any existing Lebara customers have managed to get a better deal without cancelling there existing SIM deal, chucking the SIM card in the bin, purchasing a brand new SIM and going through all the palava of PAC codes, etc, to keep their existing number.
Has any one been successful in doing this via the Lebara chat or Lebara customer contact number?
Thanks for your help!

Just be aware that you can't use a PAC to move your number from Lebara to Lebara.2

I've previously ported to a free SIM and back again to get a new Lebara SIM only deal. Pretty certain you won't be able to do it any other way.2

'New customers only' applies only to the first part of the deal, the short term introductory rate. You can still take advantage of the longer term rate that is part of the deal, which may or may not be better than what you are currently paying. This applies not just to MSE deals, but also uSwitch and others.
But to take advantage of the short term introductory offer too, you would need to port out and back again.2 -
Thanks for your comments, much appreciated. Very useful info from you all.0
