Thanks. I'll take that as a yes, but I will also locate and check the thread you've suggested!0

I had my mediation session—brief, as expected. Interestingly, the other side claimed I didn’t display a parking permit. I explained that the leisure centre doesn’t require one; you just need to sign in at reception. The mediator said DCB Legal was working with the info they had and suggested I send them my correspondence with the leisure centre. I declined. I’m now waiting for a hearing date and preparing my defence, which will highlight their mistaken claim about the permit requirement.4

The N180 query reply meant the DQ email address, not claim.responses ! Too late now, its past that stage
Yes you will receive a court order from the local civil court that you nominated in your N180 DQ document
You definitely wont be preparing your defence, because that was filed months ago to the CNBC in Northampton
You will be preparing your WS plus Exhibits bundle
Lastly, I suggest that you edit your thread title to something more suitable like

Jesus wept. No DCB are bringing a claim on behalf of the claimant. If they don't have the evidence or have inadequate instructions they need to get that. If they can't, they need to withdraw.6 -
DCB have finally sent me a letter of discontinuance! 🎉This is my second time fighting a claim — the first I had to wing it with some RCJ help, but this time the forum’s guidance and instant support made all the difference. The case dragged on for 5 years, so the relief is massive. No way was I going to hand over my hard-earned money to these modern-day thieves.Huge thanks to everyone here!4

Well done you 🥳 God 5 yrs!
Post copy of N279 here for Umkomaas to add you to the discontinuance thread.2 -

@Milktray7 - a gentle nudge. (and DM)Apologies if I have missed it but I can't see it in your thread yet so wonder if you are able to post a copy of the NoD for inclusion in the "Disco" thread. Thanks.Hopefully you will consider this a reasonable request which will help increase the forum's statistics as I presume you have found the members posts helpful.3
