Lol. I haven't explored every feature in the MCOL hospitality box. I was happy to follow the email protocol, however. 😃😃

Just another quick question, whilst I'm here. Is an update in the MCOL 'recent transactions' section reflecting submission of defence by email to be expected at any point?

I see from the MCOL website that I have been sent a DQ by Met Paking Solicitors on 22/04/25. I am yet to receive it in the post or via email.

You really don't need to see their DQ to complete your own. This is not complex litigation.

Loads of these seem to be going astray of late. It may just be safer to download the form and file and serve it yourself in good time.

Note file and serve. All documents sent to the court should be copied to the claimant.

MCOL doesn't say you have been sent a DQ by Met Parking or their solicitors and it doesn't matter. Just wait for yours from the CNBC, as per the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.

Right. The MCOL is that "DQ" has been sent. I just assumed it was coming from the other side. So it will come from CNBC as you stated so I'll wait for it. Will it come in post or via email?

DQ has arrived by post. I will complete it later today. Is it best to scan and return it or send it recorded by post to CNBC. Also, should I send a copy by post to the other side or send it via email?

Neither,  but do follow the 12 steps in the defence template sticky thread in announcements

Download your blank N180 DQ document from the gov website

Fill it in,  attach it to an email and send it to the DQ email address in the defence template thread,  and also CC to the lawyers email too,

So an E document attachment,  one email to 2 recipients,  or 3 if you CC yourself too,  meaning everybody gets it, that way you know its been delivered

The CNBC will update the claim history in a week or two

Can someone please confirm the email address I should send my completed N180 form to. Is it as follows: ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk or something different?

But that's already in the first 12 steps that are there (in the Template Defence sticky thread) to protect the time of the regulars here, and help newbies be self sufficient!
