I signed up Dec 2019 and used it fairly regularly but not that frequently. They took payment every few months by Direct Debit, No probs. Then I tried to make a call, using the usual 0808 1703703 number, but got a recordrd message that my bank had cancelled my direct debit mandate!
Went into my bank, they appologised and reinstated the DD, but when I tried again to make a call I got the same recorded message.
Any one had this problem and any ideas on how to reinstate?

DD "expires" after 13 months if not drawn upon.
Has happened to me as well with 18185 service. I think I just logged into the account page and re-entered the bank details which triggered them into attempting to take the money owed and reinstate access0
