Applying for bluelight card when work for holding association

I work for a company that does cleaning and maintenance for a housing association company.  Can I apply for a bluelight card?  And what section would I put it under?

It doesn't appear any housing associations would fall under the criteria for a blue light card. A private cleaning and maintenance company won't either.
You have to prove your employment too so you can't fudge it

You need to provide evidence of your employment role so hardly likely to work once they see your employment contract or pay slip

If your employer is registered with them they should be able to tell you how to access this.  My employer (not NHS or any emergency services) is registered but I only get asked about that about 3 pages into applying.
