Best price for Wood flooring

Hi all

We are looking at putting wood flooring in the lounge and hall of our new house. we have seen some oak hand scraped flooring in B&Q at around £40 per sqm. Has anyone got any websites that might do it cheaper?

Have you considered laminate flooring?
Much easier to maintain and install & cheaper!

Thought about laminate but have to admit we prefer the wood. Its a present to us from OH dad but want to make sure we do it the money saving way and get value for money.

Ideally we want something similar but in a more natural colour.
