Can I cancel my phone contract in less than 14 days
Hi there
I bought a mobile less than 14days ago on the 3 network from carphone warehouse. According to their contact, I may not cancel the contract within the 14 day period.
I thought by law that i had a 14 day cooling off period??
Any help before this Thursday 3rd Jan thanks

DSR allow 7 days to cancel.
But there is no cooling off period if you signed up instore.0
