Hi guys. Thanks for your replies I appreciate them.

 I was just wondering if you could potentially link me a defence that would fit my case if you know any? I've seen some but I have no idea how to write in the formal tense nor do I know what needs changing to my personal case therefore it's very difficult for me to pick one. Also its tough because I'm out of the country and won't be back until the 18th so i have to try do it from here, and unfortunately lack time needed. If any of you could help with that I'd really appreciate you.

I found this one but again I don't know if its good and if it would work? I don't know what to change etc on it and I unfortunately don't have the time to read through them all and pick the best one so I thought I'd ask you professionals.

We can't link because that would be us typing the words:

into the search box instead of you, which defeats the object for new posters to get confident with the forum.  That one is 2 years old. You need to filter your search to NEWEST.

There is a defence template for you to use, cunningly entitled: -
Template defence to adapt for all ..............
Read that thread from page one and use the template to slot in your paragraphs 2 & 3 but also search using the words that @Coupon-mad gave you in bold.  Make sure you select the "Threads" category "parking" section and "Newest" not "Best Fit".

Hi guys thanks for your help. I sent over my defence just now. I'm struggling to use this forum honestly but can you please just let me know what I should be expecting from now please. I emailed cnbc and the auto message said I'll get a response in 10 days. Is there anything else I need to do from now? Thanks a lot 🙏

Why not continue to follow that checklist you were using when you filed a Defence?
