HI All
I am flying form London to Dubai with 1 hour stop in Bahrain with GulfAir ( all flights are with them). Just wanted to ask if any of you have done this stop and if 1 hours is enough time. Also i am guessing they are transferring the hold luggage being same company for the next flight? Thank you

Yes, if it is an advertised connection they will make sure that you arrive. And that will only work if they transfer your luggage for you.
Do you have ONE ticket from Gulf Air for the entire journey? If you bought a "self-transfer" from the likes of Kiwi then you might have problems...
